（日本人留学生にレッスンする事について、どのように感じますか？）Teaching Japanese students are quite challenging. They tend to misinterpret some Filipino actions because of the fact that we have different culture and traditions. But the most important thing is that, we learn from each other’s differences and similarities.
日本人留学生に英語を教えることは、とてもやりがいがあります。

（日本人留学生にレッスンする事について、どのように感じますか？）Teaching Japanese is very challenging due to fundamental differences in grammar and syntax as well as important differences in pronunciation. However, Japanese students are generally very well behaved, studious and hard working which makes managing my class much easier.
日本語を教えることは、発音のみならず文法や構文といった基礎的な部分の違いもあるのでとてもやりがいのある仕事です。
日本人留学生はとても行儀がよくて勤勉なので、レッスンがスムーズに進行するよう一生懸命勉強してくれます。How can learners improve their English skills?
（どうすれば英語が上達できますか？）The best way in learning anything is to practice it as much as possible. It is simple, the more you practice the quicker you learn something. Try to make an effort to use the language even for a few minutes and this is very important especially with Speaking.
最もいい勉強方法は、可能な限り実践をしていくことです。
とても簡単な話ですが、練習すればするほど早く英語は上達していきます。
特にスピーキングに言えることなのですが、数分間でもいいので英語を使う努力をしてみてください。

How do you feel about teaching Japanese students?
（日本人留学生にレッスンする事について、どのように感じますか？）Teaching is a noble profession and teaching Japanese is one of the best feelings and achievement especially if you see your student improving. What I like most in teaching English especially in speaking is that you are not only teaching but at the same time you are also learning, it is a two-way process. Teaching Japanese is the most challenging work because we have different culture and traditions but what we have in common is that the willingness to learn and to teach each other that can really build a strong foundation for us to have a good relationship.
教育は崇高な職業ですが、生徒の成長を見守りつつ英語を教えることには最高の達成感があります。
英語(特にスピーキング)を教える上で一番好きなのは、こちらが一方的に教えるだけでなく学ぶ所もある点です。
それは双方向のプロセスと言えますね。

Application is very important to someone who wants to learn something because if you are not practicing it becomes useless. Learning only the theory but not really the language itself and second perseverance is a must because if there is no willingness to learn, everything will be forgotten.
学習に対する熱意がないと、言語学習はとても難しくなります。
練習しなければ何の役にも立たなくなるので、何かを学ぼうという人にとって熱意というのはとても大事です。
学習というのは理論だけではなく、その言語自体と忍耐力が必須です。なぜなら、もし学習意欲がなければすべてを忘れ去ってしまうからです。

As for me, reading can really improve the students’ vocabulary. I can let them know how important reading is. Reading can let the student know and understand some new information.リーディングです。

（日本人留学生にレッスンする事について、どのように感じますか？）As a Teacher you must be flexible enough. Teaching foreign students such as Japanese is not easy, especially since there is a language barrier. But in teaching Japanese students it is very challenging and fulfilling. It is a very good experience.
教師としてはかなり柔軟に対応する必要があります。日本人などの外国人に英語を教えることは、言葉の壁があるため簡単ではありません。
しかし日本人留学生への英語レッスンは非常に充実しており、やりがいがあります。とても良い経験になっています。How can learners improve their English skills?
（どうすれば英語が上達できますか？）Learners can improve their English skills through reading books, magazines and newspapers in English. And have some foreign friends who can speak English. They can also listen and watch movies in English.

They are more diligent, fun and polite compared to other nationalities. With their positive personalities and developed culture, I was not only given the chance to teach but more importantly to learn and grow.

English is not only a language that one speaks but also a way to connect to the world.

How do you feel about teaching Japanese students?
（日本人留学生にレッスンする事について、どのように感じますか？）Teaching Japanese students is enjoyable & challenging at the same time. Enjoyable because they are very easy to be with, easy to get along with and they treat their teachers with utmost respect. It is challenging in a sense that they really ask questions every time they are confused about the lesson and sometimes they will challenge your credibility and patience. Despite of all these things, for me it is easier to teache Japanese students than other nationalities.
日本人にレッスンするのは、楽しいと同時にやりがいがあります。
楽しい理由は、日本人留学生とはとても一緒に過ごしやすいし、先生を最大限尊重して接してくれるからです。
レッスンでわからないことがあったり、がんばって本気で質問してくる時などはやりがいがあります。

（どうすれば英語が上達できますか？）For me, language learners can improve their English skills through challenging themselves in talking a lot not only inside the classroom but especially outside. They should use outside what they have learned, for them to internalize the theories they have studied.

（日本人留学生にレッスンする事について、どのように感じますか？）So far, I could say that it is comfortable, enjoyable and interesting to teach Japanese students. It is comfortable because they are very open and very friendly at all times. It is enjoyable because they are cooperative/participative, enthusiastic and have pleasing personality and sometimes they have a good sense of humor. It is interesting because they shared some interesting ideas and their amazing culture.

（どうすれば英語が上達できますか？）They can improve their English skills if they are diligent enough in studying and exposing themselves to English language. These are the following recommendations: enjoy reading English books whether it is vocal or silent, listening to English news, audios and songs, watch movies without English subtitles, practice and always find reasons to speak English.
英語学習に対して勤勉であれば、英語スキルは向上させていくことができます。
私のオススメとしては、音読でも黙読でもいいので英語の本の読書を楽しむこと、英語のニュースや音楽、または歌を聴くこと、字幕なしで映画を観ること、練習すること、そして英語を話す理由を見つけることです。

（教えている教科はなんですか？）Well, speaking is what I love the most but eventually I found out that Grammar is quite interesting. I have realized that Grammar is a two-way process. My student will learn from me and it also a great way for me to enhance my knowledge on the subject.

Teaching them is not that hard compared to others. They always try to use the language even outside the classroom. They are more conscious and focused.
日本人の生徒は英語を勉強することにとても一生懸命です。
他の国の学生と比較して、新しいなにかを学ぶことをいとわないし辛抱強いです。
日本人に教えるのは、他の国の学生に教えるよりも難しくありません。
彼らは教室の外に出ても、いつだってその言語を使おうとします。

（どうすれば英語が上達できますか？）To improve their English skills, they should not just depend on their teachers; they must also do their part. Teachers are there to guide and assist but the learning should come from the student. There are also many ways to improve their English skills such as watching English movies, listening to English music, reading English books, most especially trying to speak the English language every day.
英語スキルを向上する為に、自分でやらないといけない所は先生に頼るべきではないです。
先生達はガイドやアシストをするためにいるのであって、学習というものは生徒自身が行うものなのです。
特に大事なのは毎日英語を話そうとすることですが、英語の映画を見る、英語の歌を聴く、英語の本を読むなど、英語スキルを向上させる方法はいくらでもあります。

（どうすれば英語が上達できますか？）Learners must expose themselves in English like watching English movies, listening to English songs, reading English articles or news, and many other ways. The students have to memorize a lot of English words and expressions for them to speak more effectively.
英語の映画を観たり、英語の歌を聴いたり、英語の記事やニュースを読んだり、とにかく英語に触れなければなりません。
生徒はもっと効果的に英語を話すため、たくさんの英単語や英語表現を覚える必要があります。

It is like a give and take relationship between the student and teacher. Somehow I am challenged in teaching Japanese students especially pronunciation. It is very fulfilling if the student is really improving and you’ll be proud of them.

Reading is not a straight-forward process of lifting the words off the page, It is a complex process of not just from the words and sentences on the page but also from the ideas, memories and knowledge evoked from words and sentences.

（どうすれば英語が上達できますか？）There are lots of things to improve the learners’ English skills. Do not be afraid to make mistakes. Be confident. People can only correct mistakes when they hear you. Put yourself in an English-speaking environment where student can learn faster. Practice every day. Practice the four core skills: Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening. They all need to be worked on for the students to improve. Spend time with other people of different nationalities to enjoy a wonderful cultural experience.
